THE CURRENT CHURCH: OUR DAYSOur story is written by many important characters: each piece, each brother in the faith is paramount. Each one carries out his ministry:The little one sings and cheers the Church and learns the solid foundations of the doctrine that will remain in his heart and will make him the future of the Church;Young people, strength of the Church, with the courage that is characteristic of them, provide the means for the improvement of the Church, giving life to her;Women adorn the Church with the beauty of their teachings and the harmony of their works;Men and women bring to the Church the words of comfort and salvation;and The elders, having already done a lot, advise, appease and transmit the wisdom of God that the years have accumulated in their memory.Anyway, from the smallest to the oldest; from the dawn of a new generation to the evening of the passing generation, all praise and glorify the name of the Lord, each in his own characteristic way. Thats our job.Currently, the Dualist Church of Primogenitos (IRDP) is headquartered in Campinas/SP and in Urupês/SP. Our founders are gone, but the current work is led by Sisters Lia Duarte and Jucilene Garcia, assisted by a work team divided into coordinators, in order to manage the work of the church well.In the ministerial part, we have preachers who minister the Word, in addition to Sabbath Schools, whose themes are aimed at deepening knowledge in the Scriptures.At the head of the work are those that develop literature, new studies and also the dissemination of the studies and works of Pastor José Duarte Filho and Antonio Garcia Heredia (in memorian), who left a great legacy to be transmitted to those who remained. These studies can be verified in the sections: Points of Faith, In-depth Biblical Studies and Preachings.We also count on personal evangelization work for those who intend to pass through the waters of baptism, or who are beginning to learn, as well as collective evangelization of members through literature in various segments.The IRDP also has other existing internal working groups.There is a group of Youth, called the “Community of the Firstborn Remnant Youth (CJRP),” which is a very important organization in the Church. Its objective is to guide the young population of the Church with lectures, meetings and activities with themes suitable for their age and to prepare them more concretely to face Christian work.In addition, the young people are in charge of the Ministry of Praise, performing the presentation of the weekly services, as well as organizing wonderful Church events, such as recitals, special services and especially retreats. Young people are, truly, essential for the growth of jobs.There is also a work especially aimed at women of various denominations, which consists of fortnightly meetings held in residences, with study themes focused on family and spiritual life.In addition to the groups mentioned, there are the so-called “Junior Remnants”. Focused on children, this work has the collaboration of brothers who propose to be mentors and teachers of those who will be the future of our congregation. Dealing with children of various ages, their work varies, from teaching from first basics which are biblical stories to guidelines for adult life.Finally, the IRDP also has the strength of a prayer group aimed at thanking our God, as well as a Council aimed at solving individual and collective problems of members and non-members.
